Materials for UPSC 2020 - Let's share, get feedback, etc

One of the hardest tasks an aspirant faces initially is to narrow down on a specific set of materials from which he/she will prepare from. Given that as beginners we are a little unsure of ourselves, we tend to easily believe what other people, especially toppers suggest without realizing that we need to figure out a material list and a strategy that works for us! What works for someone else may not necessarily work for us. I have spent a couple of weeks trying to form my 'ultimate' list of material. I have collected it from lists of various toppers from Quora and other sources online. Conventional wisdom says that revising a limited set of material is way superior to having a huge set of material which is ill prepared. It would be great if you could share feedback and modifications on it.

One important trend to note is that Sc & Tech and Envt are forming a larger section of Prelims but there is no set 'bible' for these subjects. It might be worthwhile to dig deeper and find a coherent source and book for these subjects.
