Can someone please guide me to how to prepare on agriculture, monsoon and infrastrcuture portion in paper 3? what sources to refer to and how to integrate it with CA? I am completely clueless and need some guidance.

@No_to_procastination and if u r completely clueless read the niti ayog report, it covers vast part of gs 3 syllabus and then while reading ca u would be already knowing the challenges and way forward of each sector and plug in examples from newspaper in the respective sector. For e.g. If you have done higher education chapter from niti ayog then u can add a recent example which was in news about a Bhutan bill which talks about giving teachers salary equal to bureaucrats.
So likewise u can make niti ayog the base for gs 3 then adding ca over it

@No_to_procastination whatever topic of gs2 or gs3 you are clueless.. just go for value added material of vision. its a safe bet. and is available everywhere... soft aswell as hard copy...
