How to create a good discussion or ask a question on Quest?

Dear All,
In order to ensure that discussion quality is maintained, we follow the 4 rules of posting
Rule 1 : Ask the question directly in the Title. Begin with What , Why, How etc and end your Title with a question mark.
Rule 2 : If it is not possible to put your query in a question format, create a discussion and be as elaborate as possible.
Rule 3 : Do not write in complete Blocks ( SUCH AS THIS ) or use unnecessary question marks (???? ) exclamation marks (!!!!! )
Rule 4: Describe your self or your situation in as many words as possible in the description and ask questions pointwise.
